Zn nanodot patterning in borosilicate glasses by electron irradiation

Abstract: Zinc nanoparticles of sizes between 5-50 nm on their metallic form were generated in two types of borosilicate glasses using 200 and 300 keV electron beam irradiation in a TEM via two mechanisms of stationary and line-scan irradiation.
