Abstract: One way to make the teaching-learning process more student centred is by using Team-Based Learning, which is an instructional approach that promotes students' interaction and engagement with each other and with the content while shifting the responsibility from the teacher to the students and thus restricting the teacher's role to that of a facilitator or a guide. This approach will help students take shared responsibility and work towards a common goal and shared rewards.
The seminar is about how to establish student learning teams, the stages of team development and how to make the teams effective and productive.

keywords:  Team, team-based learning, complementary skills, common goal, interaction, shared responsibility and rewards, collective performance, accountability, effective, etc.
